I am a patent attorney, and partner and business owner (one of five) at/of my law firm (so self-employed). My patent law specialization is in computer tech (I have a BA in Physics and comp sci, and an MS in Environmental Science).
In graduate school, I was also a Graduate Assistant with tutoring and teaching assistant duties in chemistry.
I did graduate research in a university microbiology lab in extremophile bacteria, and I did a Masters Thesis in bioremediation of wastewater
I also maintain a personal (hobby) website on astrobiology and the search for microbial life beyond Earth, and a related exhibit in Second Life.
